Two flavors are available in the La terra Fina Costco quiche include broccoli with cheddar and spinach with artichoke. Since these are both super-rich and tasty, it all comes down to your preference and what you like or don’t. Nonetheless, the Costco quiche is going to be delicious.

If you’re looking for some frequently asked questions about these delicious Costco quiches, mini quiche Costco, or simply looking for some Costco quiche instructions, scroll down to the bottom of the page for related FAQs. Now let’s dive into what this quiche is all about, the flavor, the method and the price.

Looks

The quiche comes in a pack of two and about 23 ounces each. It’s in a tin foil that makes it super easy to take out and bake. On the top, the flavors are written along with further details too. They are made to perfection and only use egg whites according to the label.

They look pretty much like your average quiche, so if you plan to use them as a homemade substitute, we think you can pull it off. Of course, you may need to add a few toppings if you’re looking to take the look close to something that is served in a five-star hotel. But for casual munching, it’s pretty good.

Making

Before we get on with how these quiche taste, we need to declare how to make them. So these are pre-made quiches placed in the fridge, since the Costco quiche and even the mini quiche Costco are made fresh, and they last only sometime in the fridge. But, you can freeze them and they can last longer. We will get to that in the FAQs section.

It would help if you took them out of their packaging. Afterward, you can preheat your oven until you prep the quiche. Then next, heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about ten minutes. If your quiche is frozen, you may need to thaw it; otherwise, it’ll take longer to cook.

Cooking time varies with the size you buy. If you get the Costco quiche, which is a full size, you need to bake it for about 25 to 30 minutes, additional time if it’s not thawed properly. The time may vary depending on your oven and even the place you’re living.

For the mini ones, you can also follow the Costco quiche instructions. Since they are way smaller in size, they are going to take a lot less time. Make sure to check in on your mini quiches every ten minutes until they are done. Usually, they’ll be done in around 10-15 minutes.

Time and efficiency

They are no doubt the quickest way to get something as healthy on the table. Of course, making quiche yourself is great, but hey, if you are looking for a pre-made one that tastes just like home, then Costco quiche is the way to go.

Especially since it can get breakfast for 8-10 on the table in 30 minutes, but guess what, since it comes in two flavors, you can have it any time of the day, although it is best to use it within two to three weeks of production.

Nutrition value

The problem we all face with pre-made food is that they are processed. Especially since the whole world is more aware now, people are looking for more fresh products and checking out every detail behind the pack.

For these quiches, the calories and other details are being the pack. Since there are different flavors, their calories also differ too. But if you are the conscious type, make sure to read the pack to be clear on what it is. But since Costco also makes them fresh, they are pretty healthy, unlike many processed foods we consume daily.

Taste test

Now comes the most important part of this review, the taste test! Drum roll please, well, these were pretty good. Not only were they super quick to make, but they also tasted pretty good. With just the right amount of flavoring, nothing too over the top, it hit right home.

Although the crust is something to work on, it was slightly thicker than we liked, but for the price, it was a great treat to have. If you want to take the flavors up a notch, you can always add a few toppings. For me, the cheddar tied things together better. Let’s hope we see more flavors though in their quiches, so I get to try them out too.

Prices

The prices are slightly on the higher end, about 7-8 dollars per quiche, but if you combine your hard work, the price of the ingredients, and the time you would require to whip these up at home, it’s still a better option to buy them.
